Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Together, we work through challenges like trauma, anxiety, grief, or life transitions while building tools to help you feel grounded and supported. My approach is warm, relational, and flexible, so you can show up exactly as you are and move toward greater clarity and resilience.
Telehealth
Telehealth sessions offer a secure, convenient way to access therapy from anywhere in Colorado. Using a private, HIPAA-compliant platform, we can meet virtually from the comfort of your own space while still maintaining the warmth, connection, and support of in-person therapy. Telehealth is a great option for clients with busy schedules, long commutes, mobility challenges, or those who simply feel more at ease at home
In-person/Hybrid
In-person and hybrid sessions allow you to choose the setting that feels most supportive—whether that’s meeting face-to-face in my Fort Collins office or blending in-person and telehealth appointments based on your needs. This flexible approach gives you consistency and connection while accommodating your schedule, comfort level, and the natural ups and downs of life.

The Benefits of Therapy
Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply. It can help you process difficult emotions, build healthier coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. Many clients discover new ways to manage stress, improve relationships, and break old patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy also strengthens your connection to your own resilience—helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and compassionate toward yourself. Whether you’re facing a specific struggle or simply wanting to grow, therapy can be a meaningful step toward healing and lasting change.
Our Specialties
ADHD/ADD
ADHD and ADD can make everyday tasks feel overwhelming, even when you’re trying your best. You may struggle with focus, organization, time management, emotional intensity, or feeling “all over the place.” Many people with ADHD also experience shame or self-doubt from years of misunderstanding or criticism. Therapy can help you understand how your brain works, build supportive routines, manage overwhelm, and develop strategies that fit your life—not force you into systems that don’t work for you. Together, we explore practical tools while honoring your strengths, creativity, and resilience.
Depression
Depression often feels like a heaviness that makes it hard to think clearly, connect with others, or find motivation. It can show up as sadness, emptiness, irritability, fatigue, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. Depression is not a personal failure—it’s a real emotional and physical experience that deserves care and support. Therapy creates space to understand what you’re going through, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and rebuild a sense of hope, connection, and meaning at a pace that feels right for you.
Grief and Loss
Grief is a natural, human response to losing someone or something important to you—and it rarely follows a straight line. You may feel sadness, anger, numbness, confusion, or waves of emotion that change day to day. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a life chapter, or an unexpected change, therapy offers a compassionate place to process your feelings and make sense of what this loss means in your life. Together, we honor your grief while finding ways to move forward with gentleness and support.
Trauma
Trauma isn’t just about what happened—it’s about how your body and mind had to respond to survive. Trauma can come from one event or many experiences over time, and its impact may show up as anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, intrusive memories, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Trauma-informed therapy focuses on safety, choice, and nervous-system regulation. Instead of forcing you to revisit painful memories, we move gently, building grounding skills, exploring patterns, and helping your body relearn stability and trust.
